本規約は、Keihin Corporation 株式会社 / Keihin Corp Co. Ltd.が提供するイベント申込・決済サービスの利用に適用されます。利用 者は、本サイトを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなされ ます。

These Terms apply to the event registration and payment services provided by Keihin Corporation 株式会社 / Keihin Corp Co. Ltd.. By using this website, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

当社は、イベント情報の掲載、参加申込、チケット購入、決済処理、 メール通知、マイページ表示その他付随する機能を提供します。個 別イベントの内容は主催者情報およびイベントページに従います。

We provide event listings, registration handling, ticket purchases, payment processing, email notifications, user account pages, and related functions. Event-specific content is governed by the organizer information and each event page.

• 利用者は、申込時に真実、正確、最新の情報を入力するものとします。
• 虚偽情報、第三者情報の不正利用、なりすましが確認された場合、当社は申込取消または利用停止を行うことがあります。
• 利用者は登録メールアドレスおよびログイン情報の管理責任を負います。

販売価格は各イベントページに表示されます。支払方法は Credit card / Stripe / その他対応する決済方法です。決済は Stripe または当社が採用する決済事業者を通じて処理され、支払時期は購 入手続完了時または各決済方法が定める時点となります。

Prices are shown on each event page. Available payment methods are Credit card / Stripe / その他対応する決済方法. Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider adopted by us, and payment is due when the purchase is completed or at the timing defined by the selected payment method.

• イベント参加資格、入場条件、本人確認、年齢制限その他の条件は各イベントページに表示される内容に従います。
• 利用者は主催者または会場のルール、安全指示、禁止事項を遵守するものとします。
• 遅刻、不参加、必要書類未提出等により参加できない場合でも、個別規定がない限り返金対象とならないことがあります。

• 法令違反、公序良俗違反、第三者権利侵害
• 不正決済、転売目的の大量購入、ボット等による不正アクセス
• サービス運営を妨害する行為、システム脆弱性の悪用、虚偽の問い合わせ

キャンセルおよび返金に関する基本方針は キャンセル・返金ポリシー に定めます。イベントごとに別途条件がある場合は、その条件が優先 します。

The general rules for cancellations and refunds are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If a specific event states different conditions, those event-specific conditions will take priority.

本サイト上の文章、画像、ロゴ、デザイン、システム、商標その他 の知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断複製、 転載、改変、再配布を禁止します。

All text, images, logos, designs, systems, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this site belong to us or the rightful owners. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

当社は、保守、法令対応、外部サービス変更、事業上の必要等によ り、事前通知の上または緊急時には通知なく本サービスの全部また は一部を変更、中断、終了することがあります。

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service due to maintenance, legal compliance, changes to external services, or business necessity, with prior notice where appropriate or without notice in urgent situations.

• 当社は、イベント主催者が提供する情報の正確性、完全性、最新性を保証するものではありません。
• 通信障害、外部決済事業者の停止、主催者都合の変更その他当社の合理的支配を超える事由による損害について、法令上認められる範囲で責任を制限します。

本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本サービスに関して紛争 が生じた場合、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意 管轄とします。

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes related to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our registered location as the court of first instance.
